It’s important to come off the fast slowly, so on the first day simply introduce some orange juice into your daily routine. On day two try some soup or broth, and by day three you’ll be fine to start enjoying fruit and vegetables. Avoid meat, fish, eggs and milk and try not to overeat. Ensure your diet contains plenty of water.
