Vitamin A is an important type of Vitamin able to be dissolved in fat that normally is available in many foods and helps our body also to treat medical diseases..
In nature are present 3 types of Vitamin A: Retinols, Beta Carotenes, and Carotenoids.

A recommended amount depends by the age and eventual status of active infection:
- For Teenager and older Age ( 14 – 50 years old) with no infection active: from 700 to 900 (mcg) of (RAE) retinol activity equivalents per day.
- in case of infection Active / skin or Vision or Leaver from 1,200 and 1,300 RAE per day.
- For Children younger than 14 and infants, from 400 to 600 (mcg) of (RAE) retinol per day.
